@Gina

Sadzz here’s something I make for dawat’s

1 kg boneless chicken breasts
1/2 cup yoghurt
1 cup cream
3 tablespoons fried brown onions
3 tablespoons green onions (finely chopped)
1 tbls black pepper powder
1/2 tsp red chilli powder
1 tsp green chilli paste.

You marinate all of the above and set it aside for 2 hours. Then in a heavy bottom pan add ghee and the mixture and cook over slow flame till the chicken is tender, add salt. Last u do a “dhungaar” by placing a hot piece of coal in tin-foil and dropping a few drops of ghee onto it to smoke the chicken.

i dont get the last part Gina…
