Hmm also what about wrap sandwiches. Just add chicken.lettuce onions etc to a burrito wrap and wrap it up, and include a dipping sauce. If you put sauce into sandwich it might get soggy by lunch. Can get very creative with wraps, you can do roasted veggies, chicken, cold cuts, etc.
