i am bored with eating egg in break fast …so usually i go hungry till lunch …
any good ideas on how to eat healty and yummy breakfast…
Buy some Quaker Oats Instant oatmeal boxes. It comes with variety of single-serve packets. Pour over some hot water in a bowl and let it sit for five minutes. OR cook in a Microwave for a couple of minutes. Add some cold milk and enjoy. It's very nutritious and good for the heart. Tasty too.
Special K cereal is a good choice...I love the Red berries one they make

I normally have a high fibre cereal with milk, or the oat packets funguy is talking about... or a wholemeal bread sandwich with fat free cottage cheese and jam with milk. If i,m working out and am on a high protein diet, I also have 3 or four boiled egg whites as well.

love it... this is my breakfast as i sit and check my morning mail and :) gupshup...

make an omelette out of egg whites, add in onions, green peppers, mushrooms.
you can always make quiche also.
adding some fruit to breakfast is good too.
whole grain, flavoured bagel with flavoured cream cheese etc could be nice too.

it taste good with fresh fruit
When I get fits of healthy eating I have oatmeal with blueberries or bananas. ![]()
Paratha with achar & doodh pati is divine!
Oh and in case you or your loved one can't make paratha, try some resins with cheerios & Honey Wheat Chex.

resin may be toxic and all with all the chemicals in it

sweet sonia...i know what u mean...i dont like the same breakfast everyday...i always wana try something new for brekfast...sometimes i have omelette sandwich, other times some chocolate cereal with milk...sometimes doodhpatti with paratha or malai n cheeni with paratha...sometimes banana or chikoo milkshake and makhan or cheese sandwich...othertimes fresh orange juice with donuts..sometimes hashbrowns and choc milk...waffles with maple syrup with glass of milk...sometimes halwa poori or poori chanay with doodh patti...or kabab or chicken sandwich...sometimes samosay n chai...
i used to be into high fibre healthy breakfasts but they were too boring :( i'm operating on the zindagi hae to mojein karo policy now :D
