Suhaina, you need to work on making your posts more clear. Yes, as Jaanwar said, if someone is not responding to you, just walk away and give the person a break. Maybe he doens't want to be nagged.
At the same time, it also depends what "issues and words" you said to him. If you said something offensive or ridiculous to him....then perhaps that is why he chose not to respond to you. But you haven't specified what you have said to him. And we also don't know how often you talk to him. Perhaps he needs a break once in a while.
