My supervisor and i had a little argument over something I seriously feel she needs to appologize to me but she didnt. We right there and then decided we will deal with each other on professional bases only.

This is really funny in the past whoever i didnt like or didnt get along with has left the company. My manager does makes stupid mistakes but fails to realize it but one day he will learn.
If it really bothers you obviosuly it has and i think they have insulted you and taking advantage of you. Speak up hun.
I would sit down with the main boss and have all those employees come and have a meeting. But before the meeting i would make sure i would have evidence. either record their words and sue their a@@ big time.
Or you can do what i do. People at work do pass comments here and there i make sure i get my point across and dis them out. Don't take S* and i dont give S* either..... unless you ask for it..
If you cant beat them join them... learn their ways and then smack the crap out of them....
