lol yes..right from the moment you step on the airport, you need that 
the saudis at counters there are mostly busy doing nothing :halo: and it took us 7 hours at the airport first and then 9 hours in the bus from airport to makkah for a one hour journey because first the bus driver had forgotten a passport with airport official and took the bus back and then the muallim there was not traceable without whom we couldnot enter makkah so he kept roaming on highways all that time.
