The more you shove it in her face, the more she is gonna run away from Islam. Yes I know sometimes when u tell ppl something about Islam, they call it "shoving it in the face" which is not the case at all. But you cannot keep on shoving what they did in the past to bring them closer to Islam. And I say this in humble way and mean no disrespect :)

…reminds me of the time my father told me that if he ever saw Salman Rushdie, he would strangle him with his bear hands.

And now that I’ve actually been asked the question, I have realized that I, too, would be inclined to do the same thing. (Now that doesn’t necessarily mean I’d do it.)
