Vow, i am scored more than every one even more than Lajjo. Didn't expect that.
Re: What Sort of Muslim Are You?
44, You are a progressive Muslim.
You are a devout believer in God, and Islam is your direct path to Him. You understand Islam mainly through your intellect. You probably interpret Islam historically and might believe that ijtihad should be reopened. You have probably gone through years of questioning to come to the understanding of Islam that you have now. You might receive criticism for what are perceived as your open views.
Re: What Sort of Muslim Are You?
So like what if you’re in practice secular but in theory/mind traditionalist/progressive.. ![]()
Re: What Sort of Muslim Are You?
some questions r really absurd....
That and some questions didn't have the answers I would have liked. Anyhow, here's my result:
You scored 52, on a scale of 0 to 60. Here's how to interpret your score:
**You are a traditional Muslim.
**You are steadfast in your religion. The Qur'an plays a role in your daily life as a Muslim. You also look to the sunnah of the Prophet (PBUH) as a way to determine how to live your life. You are constantly aware of your religious beliefs and are likely to spend time thinking of the larger Muslim Ummah and how to create more unity within it.
Re: What Sort of Muslim Are You?
If people value something they practise it. It means in your heart you are secular. If not, you’d practise. I make no bones about my standing, I know that I am almost wholly irreligious, save for some cultural “face show” like Eid.
Seems you are the same, but less honest about it to yourself.
Re: What Sort of Muslim Are You?
Legbreakgoogly...
I dont agree...in your case you make no bones about the fact that you have secular beliefs and that is manifested by your actions...
In many peoples case its very easy to believe and know what is correct but to struggle to practice...
Knowing whats right is one thing...doing whats right is another...thats lifes test....
Re: What Sort of Muslim Are You?
