i would be a size 12 uk size, so what kinda outfit should iu get for my wedding day, i have a big bottom..lol…so i need to wear something that dnt make me look massive or bigger than i am. in fact i would like to look slimmer if possible or atleast more straightline
any ideas..
and fish lenghas out the question its too tight at the bottom

If u're bottom-heavy then stay away from fish-tails.. and if u're broad use flowy material such as chiffon jamavar, and nets/laces/organza are a no no.

If you must wear something with embellishments, try to find an outfit that focuses it's design in the more flattering parts of your body. I would steer clear of heavy embroideries in clashing color and would rather go with clean lines and less excessive detail.

definitely make the top longer.. it'll elongate u vertically/make u look slimmer.. i feel like shorter shirts (at the waist) make ur torso look wide... but if ur not that tall, then u dont want an extremely long shirt either...

oh okay - size 8 or 10 is a little healthy but NOT that big!
I am size 4/6 (US).
I think you should wear a long top, it always accentuates if you have a nice fitting top. Bottom can be skirted garara.

Gina.......I have a fetish for fish tail/mermaid style lehngas! :) I also have a fetish for turquoise and red color combination in bridal wear. And yes........I have a fetish for fishtail/mermaid bridal lehnga in turquoise and blue. And when I have my mind set on a certain style.....there's no budging. LOL :)

Nadz...G-girl is right! Opt for a flowy lehnga as opposed to fishtail.

A UK size 12 is a size 8-10 according to US standards.

IM NOT thaT TALL, average height and of medium frame...and though its a normal size otherwise, for a wedding i get the feleings its a bit big...and all my csins in pak are like haii moti even though to be honest i think i look good, as does alot of people here but pakissss are another dimension...they all really skinnyyyy, so anyone compared to them looks fat. and i have to say to themwell atleast i get fed, it shows im from a well off western background as opposed to .....` well i said this last time i think they think im a total ***** now...

im a size 12 uk, but thats a 6 USA, so not sure where u got the 8/10 from. i live in both countries so i know what fits me!
and no, its not fat!! id love to be a size 10 uk for my july wedding (4us) but i seem to be the only girl in my family not on the pre-wedding diet! i cant help it...... i love madhai and cakes and sweets... oh my!
