garnier fructis but i'm on the lookout for a good brand that really works well for specifically long hair
Tresemmé Anti-Breakage Shampoo and Conditioner, it's gotten some excellent reviews, it's affordable, hoping somebody's used it here so i can tell if it is as good as they say it is

I change it up from time to time. Nowadays I'm using Herbal Essences.

Tigi Oatmeal + Honey.. smells like heaven but in terms of what it does to my hair I think I prefer my old Fructis shampoo which is just a fraction of the price..

pantene time renewal is the best one for everyday use, also u can try frederic fekkai but its costly.

I use from Sunsilk range with Conditioners for the same type.
They are mild and suit my hair.
