I actually LOVE those days myself! People call them gloomy but I find them refreshing…rain, damp weather, slight fog…makes my day!

When he leaves a perfect parking spot protected infront of his car for me- makes me smile every time
Also- forehead kisses in AM prior to leaving for work and after coming home
Few min before falling asleep when we talk just about us
When he gets home early, and does dishes to surprise me

Can you tell I’m still in honeymoon phase?! :blush:

When I spot a hypermiler
When the lights are synchronized
When a I see a neighbor recycling
When on a rare occasion someone runs the faucet at the minimum speed needed.

A good book makes me very, very happy. I just finished reading an awesome one and I’m already looking forward to reading the sequel. When you request a home delivery of a book from the library…I love the feeling anticipation that comes with it…and I like how a good book lingers on your mind even after you’ve finished it ..making you look forward to other works by the same author. Sometimes I don’t have a title or genre in mind and I’ll randomly come across a book that looks good…you have a hunch that you’ll enjoy it…and it’s fun when you end up being right. Sometimes I feel like there’s a significance behind the random books I select…like it was meant to be. But yeah…apart from the weather…that’s another simple pleasure.
