I am really excited my 18 yr old flew in from Uni..he is such a loved young man, it was like Dubai Chaloo at the airport his friends went to greet him. I am stuck here at work. I was going to take a day off but it got really busy. I BBQd amazing tandoor chicken for him and made Nihari

Yes we miss him dearly, people rave about him and he is loved by everyone. This is so rare for white guys to go to the airport to greet anyone and a whole bunch went to greet him. They wanted to eat my Nihari but I got them pizza…

I really want my boys to study well and succeed but at times i feel sad thinking they will be far frm me…btw they r 6 and 2 yrs olds :smiley:

We always had a whole bunch of their friends hang at our place, western parents don’t worry about feeding their kids that well so these kids would literally attack our fridge. It took all night for Nihari to cook and I want to eat it for a few days. I am thinking they would have preferred Pizza anyways. It was my goal for my children to be fiercely independent at a young age and I would wish for them to fly away and experience life. I have a great relationship with my wife and we keep each other entertained.
