Thank God, disaster averted, whole day spent in the plumbing issue, this builder didn’t do a good job. The drain pipe froze and could have caused 10s of thousands in damage. I used hair dryer and space heater to thaw it out. Undid the pipes and rented a mechanical auger to snake thru the drain. I melted the dishwasher water line with the blow dryer had to replace that. Now Mrs. Bobby will take care of me.

Got home at 11pm, this lovely gay couple wanted to buy a house before they went on Holidays.
Getting ready to go to the airport, I had volunteered to drive the coach to the airport, he is getting married in Tunisia, he really lucked out his wife to be is super good looking and super smart, she has a Ph.D. in engineering and works in France. I guess girls now prefer good looking men over the educated ones this is why I make my boys workout all the time. Oh and I will teach them to cook also. A good looking man who can cook, you can’t keep the girls away from them.
