Oh I have no clue, babe. But I think it is because I pulled up my leg a little too high and strained a muscle (Oh I mean while washing my feet in the sink during wuzu ) . But it could be a cold weather thing. Really i dont know. I was trying to give my back some rest and enough heat to soften the stiffness so that i wont have to visit some scary doctor (doctors, hospitals, clinics, medicines do scare me alot). I am very much hopin and praying that i woukd not have to
if like me u r not into medicines …try this v.effective home remedy get some clove oil heat it very lil and massage it on ur back works like magic…if u want to make it …you can cook some cloves in sarso oil till it remains half
Thank you for the tip my dear babe. I will try that tonight or tomorrow morning for sure. Some back exercises i have been doing did help a little bit but not completely. Im gonna try this one. Can i use olive oil to cook cloves?
In my experiences with injuries, I would recommend to not exercise till you feel better. Seems like yu tore up some muscle, in the cold weather muscles are prone to injuries and people need to do warmups before any activity. You can get muscle relaxants and painkillers over the counter and may not need to see a doctor, Haldi is an anti-inflammatory and thins blood to increase circulation so try some haldi milk
Wow you are good. You are absolutely right. Now its all making sense and am sure this is what happenes to me. Because the first day after the exercise, i wasnt able to but still forced myself to walk because i did not want to accept that i was (kinda) handicap. And i felt that “blood flow” in the back and had a feeling that i should increase my movements. But at the same time, i was scared that i might not be giving my back enough rest to relax so i started taking rest and was completely bed bound unable to move. But i do clearly remember that the first day when i refused to stop movements, i felt less pain. When the pain increased, i thought i hurt my muscles more by not resting. But now i know i was wrong and should have kept on moving.
Secondly, i did not feel thirsty all these days hence my water intake was reduced from 2-3 litres a day to 1-2 glasses only. That is why the pain might have increased. Today i felt thirsty and had 5-6 glasses of water and did feel that drinking water also relaxed the pain a bit. And you have confirmed that. You definitely have some good knowledge on this and next time i need similar info, im gonna ask you, okay?
Had one of the most fabulous Christmas ever, I wanted to make it so much fun that my boy would want to come home all the time. Had the nicest steak n egg breakfast. Did a couple of legs of lamb and a huge Turkey for dinner. My nephews came over..thankfully they both now have girlfriends, one is Syrian the other Vietnamese. Kids played Wii and then we all played Charade. My friend Chaudhry came over with his adult kids, he raised the nicest children they are gorgeous, educated, respectful and above all even though they are the wealthiest people I know are so down to earth.
hmmmm must be but i was talking abt this music band…
sounds so nice and warm…family and friends around happiness n love…and food…someone tried to destroy my day but the concert made it up…though i still feel sad deep down,…
You focus a lot on sleep, I find if I do a lot of physical activity I get an awesome sleep. What do people sleep on there. Do they still have the charpais. What kind of mattresses do they have.
There is drama going on, now I realize why I stopped socializing in the first place, Chaudhry invited us for brunch and kids don’t want to go. My wife deals with issues with kids by giving ultimatums and threats.
