"when you are eating icecream or choclate just think how weak is your faith.If you cannot control yourself on food how you are gonna control your faith in difficult situations in life like jihaad and everydifficult thing"
Whenever i try to overeat i don't know why but this sentence comes from no where in my mind that how weak i am in controlling myself:(
Wow - thats one way to look at it-
but my faith sucks - i wear all the wrong things, cuss and hardly ever pray anymore. Maybe its a sign that not only the weight but othere things needs to chnage too.
I am also motivated by clothes.
Also seeing the results
motivates me even more.
To those who find it hard to establish a work out routine
give it atleast a try. Once you start to lost some weight you'll
automatically wanna get up and do something the next day and the day after and so on.
what motivates me is the fact that one day somehow surprisingly, amazingly i found out that I had lost 20 lbs from my body. It motivated me so much that I started eating less and lost another 5 lbs. Now I feel better when I see my old clothes looking too loose on me and get even more motivated. But sometimes I do eat a lot and the next day don’t eat as much. So I think it keeps things in balance for me.
Whenever my hubby says that i am gaining weight ,that’s the end of it. But its hard to lose weight when u gain once.But not impossible. And offcourse ,CLOTHES .IF your good clothes doesnt fit you better,you definately want to lose weight…right..
