there are no formalities, there are no expectations that I will say it every day or how many times a day. sometimes we get busy enough that she would just text me an ILU on my cell at work.
vast majority of the times it is dil say, but there are times when she is down or doubting herself or somethin and I would say something to cheer her up.
we do tell each other if something does not look good or just does not go together as well :D
