A cylinder of N2O gas. Highly recommended.
a course of malaria tablets although you can them there too.
maybe something for food poisoning aswell, just in case.

yeh u'll be fine, just make sure have those mosquito repellent creams to wear at night, and always buy those Nestle Pure water bottles, its not spring/mineral water, but its water that has been treated to remove germs, so hopefully u wont get sick if u have that.
not sure where u coming from but where i am immodium is quite expensive and so is cheaper to buy in pakistan.

flagyl is a subsitute of immodium,which can be easily found in pakistan
apart of that keep deep heat & all stuff like that with you as u might need it

Pepto, or some such tummy medicine. Something for headaches.
I also took Purell and Listerine when I went for my wedding. Used them religiously, and mashAllah did not get sick. DO NOT EVEN BRUSH YOUR TEETH WITH UNBOILED WATER. If you have to, definitely use an antiseptic with it.

Unless you are going to a remote village in Pakistan you do not need any OTC meds to take from here. They have good pharmacies over there too you know. Just get any prescription filled for the time you will be there and you should be fine.
