As some of you may know, I’m a freelance makeup artist. I have another career that i’m working towards, but makeup is something I love to do on the side. I wouldn’t say I have officially taken off as a MUA, I am pretty much just starting out right now. I have been thinking of investing more time and effort doing looks and “putting myself out there” but I just haven’t had the time. Also, for those of you who have instagram, you know just HOW MANY MUA’s they already have there. Every makeup look I can possibly think of has been done already! I think i’ve lost motivation because of it.
My question is, WHICH type of looks would you girls be interested in seeing? are there any specific ones? Not that i’m a professional, but would you be interested in Q and A’s? I need some inspiration/motivation! Feel free to post looks that you want recreated and if enough people want to see it, I will definitely recreate it!

A look that I’ve been a bit interested in but don’t know how to go about creating is this winged liner/cat eyes type of look. I’ve probably explained it rather vaguely but I’ve posted a picture of what I’m referring to.
The look I’m referring to is this but in a more toned manner with lighter colours:
**This looks nice on her but as I have a rather light complexion, I think that if I tried to recreate it as is, it would look OTT and a bit garish.

And while I've never seen a full frontal pic of you, I feel that you have gorgeous, creamy complexion, well-groomed eyebrows, and big, pretty eyes...(MashaAllah)....that I think the colored lens are an unnecessary extra. I wanna see pics of your artistry with your natural eye color.
Pseudo, I found a better picture of her eye makeup (well not much better, but a bit more clear). From what I can tell, she has a bronzey nude colour over the eye lid with a darker colour in the crease, and dark brown (or is it black?) on the outside corners of the eye. She also seems to have a bit of a peachy colour on the outer corners and highlighter on the brow bone. The part I’d like to recreate though is the eye liner (but a more toned down version).

As for the contacts, unfortunately they're prescripted, and i've tried doing makeup without them in but i'm blind as a bat if i'm not wearing them. Also, I have severely dry eyes, which is which is why I have always opted for colored contacts. No matter which brand of contacts I try, as hydrating as they claim to be, they always get stuck to my eye ball. I've had some really scary experiences with clear contacts getting stuck to my eye and because they're clear, it makes it more difficult for me to get out. I recently got a different pair of contacts, although they're still colored they're way more subtle...I like them a lot better.

Okay ladies! specifically Mezhgan, I did Faryal’s wedding look. I ended up doing the whole face. I don’t know if I want to post full face pictures here, but i’ll post a sneak peek. I only did this look on one eye, so I took the pic of just half my face. I will be posting better, more detailed pictures tomorrow!
I would suggest changing the layout (I'm not really familiar with the blogspot thing, but I'm sure there are tutorials if you google it) and add pictures of makeup.
You’re quite talented. That’s so pretty! I have a couple of question though. Did you use liquid or gel eye liner? I was also wondering what shades you used for the look.
Can u post a step by step on how to contour/highlight? (I know its a super asked question
..sorry!) And also...what contour/highlight products would u reccomend for desi skin? Drugstore and high end, is possible! Pretty pleassseee :))))

Holy guacamole, I loveee that forest green look. I think this will look nicer with a gold or silver or even both?? Would like to see this to!
