What makeup looks would you like to see?

Oh my god I loovee this too!! Howwww did you do that?!? So more than pictures, can you start doing video tutorials! Ps. What is your Instagram page? Ugh, I love this so much!

Re: What makeup looks would you like to see?

My jaw has just hit the floor! Just wow! You're really talented, masha'Allah.

I feel like I need to set you a challenge. I'll have to come back with something...

Re: What makeup looks would you like to see?

You're work is really nice! I was wondering what camera you use for take pictures of your makeup? do you use any editing apps/ software, if so, which ones? The quality of your pics is mindblowing!!!

Re: What makeup looks would you like to see?

And what eyeliner brush is good for doing the pointy arabic eyeliner in the inner corner?

Re: What makeup looks would you like to see?

Hey! Thanks so much

I posted about contouring/highlighting just recently. Check out this thread http://www.paklinks.com/gs/fashion-and-beauty/634995-contour-and-hilight-2.html if you have any other questions, let me know!

Re: What makeup looks would you like to see?

That’s so pretty! I also love that it’s very wearable (which I didn’t think of Faryal’s original look).

Re: What makeup looks would you like to see?

Haha aww thank you!! Video tutorials ahh, i’ve been wanting to but there’s just so much involved with them I wouldn’t even know where to begin. I would need to get a good camera to shoot videos, learn how to edit etc. Hopefully sometime in the future!

My Instagram is marwah119. I actually made this thread because i’m TRYING to be more active on Instagram and on my Facebook page (Facebook) in regards to the makeup. Feel free to post pics you’d like to see here, and I will be posting pics of my recreations w/ details on my Instagram and Facebook!

Re: What makeup looks would you like to see?

 That’s so sweet! haha sure, looking fwd to it!

Re: What makeup looks would you like to see?

Thank you! I use the Canon rebel. It's a DSLR, it has HD quality which means when you take close ups of the face, you see literally every detail of the face including each pore and hair follicle, things you wouldn't see when using a normal digital camera. Therefore I have to edit my pictures (the skin portion) to an extent, as to not distract from the eye makeup. I do make sure not to edit the eyelids at all, you can tell because that portion of the picture is always more sharp and grainy. For editing I use Aperture, but I just use a smoothing tool, which I believe a lot of other editors have also.

Any thin angled liner brush will do! Or try a thin eye liner pen, that might make it easier!

Re: What makeup looks would you like to see?

Thanks so much! I completely agree! My sister saw my version of it and she didn't find it to be an exact match, but that was intentional. Faryal's look was a little darker and eyeliner was a tad thicker, however I find this more wearable

omg MARWA superb ...

Re: What makeup looks would you like to see?

Amazing work OP!!!

I actually like YOUR version ...its better than the one in picture :)

Re: What makeup looks would you like to see?

great job! can you tell me what eyeliner did you use?

Re: What makeup looks would you like to see?

You're right. I wonder why that is though. I think Pseudo's would be everyday-wearable if you do a nude lip...or basically keep the rest of the makeup light. But the strange thing is that Faryal also has a nude lip, but it looks more dramatic on her....maybe because there's a lot of contouring on her nose to make it look higher and sharper.

@Pseudo...I Like!!!! Did you use a bit of green on the corner if the lid because I see a transitioning from peach to a very light green; it's pretty!! I know Faryal's is a bridal....but you could even use this as an everyday dramatic eye-but-lighter lip...look for your portfolio. Like basically u can use it for both bridal and an everyday look.

Re: What makeup looks would you like to see?

I want the true five-minute face that uses the least amount of products (5 products or less), yet gives one the fresh, dewy and polished face. Can it be done?

Re: What makeup looks would you like to see?

^If you usually skip blush and eyeshadow, then it would be just 5 products. (Foundation, concealer, eyeliner, mascara, lip gloss/stick). Or perhaps if the skin is free of blemishes/dark circles…then concealer could be replaced with an illuminator for some glow. I want to get my skin to a position where I can skip foundation altogether. Dare to dream…:hinna:

Re: What makeup looks would you like to see?

Yes I did! it was difficult to see what colors she had on the lid, I saw a hint of green on the outer corner so I added it too. Agreed, I actually really like the look and think it's pretty versatile, it can be used for a everyday look (especially if you omit the dramatic eyeliner) and obviously it can be used for bridal.

Re: What makeup looks would you like to see?

It can be... depending on the type of skin you have and what look YOU are happy with. If you don't have problematic skin that needs much covering, then you don't need to use foundation, you can get away with just concealer or not even that. Obviously, the less you need, the less time you'll need for your makeup. Your skin type is important too, if you have clear skin but oily skin, you can dust powder all over your face in 30 seconds and you're done.

Also, it depends on what look you're trying to go for. I do 5 minute makeup when I have to run out the door, obviously it's not my hottest look but I feel much better going out with that rather than with nothing at all. For me, my 5 minute makeup is dusting my MAC studio fix all over my face, quickly applying bronzer, blush and my revlon lip butter. To be honest, it takes even less than 5 minutes. I could probably fill in my brows and do top eyeliner in a full 5 minutes. Although that sounds like a lot, it looks natural and subtle.

Since you mentioned dewy skin, use a dewy foundation or if you don't need much coverage, use a BB cream or a tinted moisturizer. A tinted lip balm or light colored lipstick always looks nice too. A quick swipe of blush and mascara, and I think you're good to go!
