Does anyone know what brand, or color this lipstick is?

Could be Mac's Merlot but I am not too sure.

MAC Dark Side, MAC Deeply Adored and MAC Heaux could be used to recreate this look. I think NARS Fast Ride or NARS Damned would also work nicely, although Damned is a bit lighter.

Sajal - is it NYX merlot?
Mezhgan - Mac’s Heaux looks veryyy similar, unfortunately I think it was limited edition. Deeply Adored is also GORGEOUS but a deep red, instead of a dark pink/berry like this one, it was also limited edition 
Sellers on ebay charging $50 plus for it.

^Sehar, I think NYX Merlot (which I think is what Sajalina meant) and Revlon Black Cherry are also similar.

Rimmel’s Kate Moss collection #107 looks very similar to that.

You should also look into look into NARS Terre De Feu, YSL Rouge Pur Couture in#3 Rouge Saadi, and YSL Rouge Volupte in 12 Forbidden Burgundy. I quite like Forbidden Burgundy. It’s my go-to shade for that “mulled wine” colour, although it does have a slightly deeper burgundy shade.
Come to think of it, if you layered NARS Damned a bit, I think it would look similar to the one Priyanka is wearing.

I thought so too! But rebel is more purply and this one looks like a blend of purple, pink and red. It's very pretty but you might be able to get a close match if you blend Rebel and Flat Out Fab. I've never liked blending colors personally. You can never reapply quickly.

^It's not outdated really. It's been rather in since last fall (Fall/Winter 2013) with the oxblood colour trend and I've still seen loads of fashion shows this season with models wearing deep burgundy/bordeaux coloured lipstick. I must say though, it's a difficult shade to get right and it doesn't suit everyone. To each, his own, I guess. :)
