On occasion I wear shalwar kameez when I go out to run errands or meet friends..either way I have to do alot of walking since I dont’ drive, so even sandals and flip flops can get uncomfortable…i hvae comfortable shoes but I DONT want to look like an aunty :bummer:

What do you wear with ur shalwar kameezes?

Also, can you please suggest me some nice shoes/brands that are comfortable to walk in but WONT look auntyish? :bummer:

i love wearing sandals/ flip-flops. they look smart, sexy and the ones i have are soooo comfy!

If you need to walk distances, wear Aerosoles - they’re comfortable and if you pick the right ones, stylish as well.

For the summer, you can wear sandals and for colder weather when you want to wear closed-toe shoes - wear ballet flats.

I swear by fitflops if i'm walking distances! Pretty, dainty sandals go well with shalwar kameez, you can wear heels too!

I have clarks, sketchers, ecco, goex, merrell, privo and rockport.

I am a comfort creature when it comes to shoes, can't wear heels (even though I loveee heels) for long, max I go for everyday shoe is 1/2 inch :(
unfortunately most of the brands I mentioned above may not be too shalwar qameez friendly, try few see what you like. I have only tried wearing one of my clarks and a sketcher with shalwar qameez ( I was going shopping in itchra type bazaar) and it looked ok.

i almost always wear khussay with mine, unless im dressed up for a function then its usually peep toe heels

The gladiator sandals seem to go well with them...I have a few.

open toes sandals or sandals with kitten heels

Stuart Weitzman has some cute ones--pricey but they last forever

Macy's has tons of sandals that u can easilt walk in without any discomfort....

for me the best brand ever had been is Aldo, I have wore Aldo (flatters, pumps, anything) like nothing else and in any sort of condition and the quality is just unbelievable

If i'm in Pakistan I would wear ballet pumps with printed shalwar kameez. For parties and weddings nice strappy sandals, heels anything would be fine. For day to day wear ( in your scenario) i'd say ballet pumps and gladiator sandals should look nice.
