Ice cream called Spumoni would be the equivalent of tutti fruity over here. Check your local grocery store. I’ve seen it many times at the grocery store, but never bought it. Spumoni is an Italian ice-cream that is multi-colored and has nuts and candied fruits just like tutti fruity. I think I’m gonna buy some when I go grocery shopping tomorrow.
