Limiting people’s freedom to express their views is part of the abuse. State kidnapping\arresting people for unpopular views is abuse. Freedom of speech will limit state sponsored abuse.

That is why racism is still there even after hundreds of year of chest thumping of being the best civilization. your generation say, Mexicans come to steal our money.
