In 1971 when there was fear of getting run over the 7th fleet was launched and the Indian army was stopped in its tracks, Afghanistan was helped tremendously thru Russian invasion. There would have been a complete annihilation in Bosnia. Clinton did his darndest at Camp David and many blame Arafat for not accepting the peace deal. The policies are changing and they might stop policing the world and allow many countries to savagely kill each other. That has been a great fear for me. Also with changing winds the aid might stop also. I remember when I was in Pak there used to be the wheat in aid from US as there was drought and millions would have died without the food aid. Look at all the famine struck areas in the world, who sends the aid? Also I see many Indian immigrants here and almost none from Pakistan, I think most work visas are issued to Indians. Unfortunately the entire population suffers because of the hate created by people who encourage terrorism.

Because Russia was on the back of India and US could get someone ‘friendly’ against Russia. Because Russia had deep connection with Serbs. There were many other political reasons Europe had differing US. Lame excuse for Palestine. Why not make details of the refusal by Arafat public? What is stopping you today?
If India take sweeping stance and become ally to Russia and sever its ties with US, we will see US moral policing on Kashmir issue immediately. Taiwan and Sinkiang are examples to see if you want to get off bias.
Again no one is asking you send aid to Pakistan.
