Then how do you reply politely without disclosing it. I mean not to be rude and also to not disclose something which your parents and wife don't want to be disclosed to every tom and jerry. Might be because there are few people always ready to request you for a loan ?!?

I would just say it's really none of your business. But, if you're looking for a polite reply then just say something like "Alhumdulillah, it's comfortable and I'm happy with it"
