No need to jump on generalizing, yes like we judge people sometimes to make an opinion , likewise generalizing may help understand the issues or situations.
I am sure, people living in Pakistan understand this much better. The situ in rural areas is also not much prettier.

So now people in Pakistan, especially, rural areas are into disgusting taboo and haram stuff. Got it.
