Razai bhai is not necessarily foster brother.. One may have shared raza’at but may not be fostered by same parents. like in gaon dehaat sometime chachi/tayi/maami breastfeed children of relatives in certain circumstances (like mother is unable to do so), but the child is fostered (brought-up) by his/her own parents.. so technically raza’at is not always fostering
