Please dont quote Turkey and its protests here. They were neither for democratic reasons and not even on a wider scale. Further more those same small scale PROTESTS helped Erdogan to be re elected in office. For which I am very glad.

Protests Im referring to were after the elections…protesting rigging…and were on a decently large scale. This is democracy.
