^^^ In democracy, most important thing is voice of people.

Constitution of Pakistan in ‘constitutional book’ is supposed to be indirect voice of people, or voice of people through their representatives in assembly. But then, people can also give their voice directly, and that is referendum.

In Pakistan, Quran is above constitution.

So, we have 3 tiers of laws in Pakistan … and in order of one tier that can override other tier:

1: Quran and Sunnah … that is words of Allah and Prophet (SAW).
2: Referendum … and that is direct voice of people.
3: Constitution in constitutional book … and that is indirect voice of people.

Even though arrangements of referendum are organised by state, anyone can organise referendum if that is accepted as proper referendum. … So let see … what happens.

Banana Republic of Pakistan is not a constitutional democracy..

A mob is called referendum here.. personal convenience is interpreted as quran.. and a dance party of 10,000 people is called a revolution !!!

Basically state does not exist. A mob can storm the parliament and PM house.

Let’s see if a country with these facts can have any future. Tableeghi Jamaat with proven capacity-potential of gathering 2.5 million crowd has the most legitimate right to govern the country according to your logic.
