wearing a headscarf and then having the tightest clothes underneath? Or walking in arm and arm with a boyfriend?
This isn’t a Hijabi bashing thread for any Hijabi bashing person, so keep that out of this, aik pyaar bhari durkwaasat hai. ![]()

Re: What is the point of...
youre so right, i wonder that too ..
perhaps they dont really know the true meaning of hijab....
Re: What is the point of...
lol I just came across a girl today who was wearing a hijab and showing quite a bit of cleavage. These girls are usually young teenagers though, so as HNK said, they probably don't understand the true meaning of hijab.
Re: What is the point of...
Woops.
Re: What is the point of…
Yes this is a bashing thread
Why did you say anythinga bout hijabans
Re: What is the point of...
i often wonder the same thing my self i seen a girl once she was wearing a nikab n underneath no abaya or anything jus the tighest pair of skinny jeans and a top n trust she was getting more looks then the other girls aroundd so not very gud pardah
Re: What is the point of...
hmm. so how odd is it someone wearing miniskirt and going out for religious class.
hmmm. i wish dressing decently made people morally right and changing clothes would refresh morals. i have a fine collection of clothes so i would be the most shareef.
Re: What is the point of...
most of the time these girls r forced to wear hijabs. i am a hijabi too so i am not bashing anyone. i am just saying some people r using hijab to get away with alot of things. it's literaly a coverup for their sins. so people won't point fingers or gossip about them.
Re: What is the point of...
^ yah.
Re: What is the point of...
well if they do not want to be gossiped about then they should not wear the hijab in a incorect manner

I was just about the say the same thing! Alot of those girls are forced by their family to wear hijab, so they dont know or lose the true meaning of hijab.
and some girls wear it because they think their family will be more lenient with them, and they will be able to get away with more, because people will think that if they are wearing hijab, then they would not be going out and doing "bad" things.
Re: What is the point of…

Re: What is the point of...
If you are Hijabi girl, More power to you and I respect you very much so much. May allah give everyone tafeeq. What I dont respect are these women below:
-fake hijabi girls are the ones who wear their scarf loose which still show their hair in the front, or the ones that have sideswept chunky bangs...
-during ramdan, I saw a girl in the musjid with a hooded sweatshirt covering her head, and it was not covering her whole hair, no dupatta underneath it either.
-One of my friends showed up at a birthday party recently. She was wearing her hijabi really nicely, but she was wearing a dress with sheer black tight/leggings, i was like WTH!! I wanted to pull the scarf off her head. But ultimately who am I to judge? If she doesnt want to do, thats fine. Just find it a bit uncomfortable for me.
-and this girl takes the cake. I was in high school with a girl named anissa. She wore tons of makeup (straight up bridal makeup) everyday, blue contacts, blondish highlights peaking thru, drew her eyebrows like a cartoon sketch every day, have a chanel bag, fake nails, and super sexy high heels, her clothes however were sorta loose. Again, Im not judging, but its very uncomfortable for me.
Re: What is the point of...
okay, which is better?
a girl who wear hijab with tight clothes? OR
a girl who doesn't wear hijab and wear tight clothes?
Re: What is the point of...
I think before wearing hijab your clothes should be modest.I see most of arabs wearing tight clothes and hijabs.Desis or abcds from Pakistani background usually don't wear hijab, they just are plain good muslims.

She is not wearing parda so whats a big deal if she is wearing make-up.On the other hand her bangs hanging out is a wrong thing.

i dont know which one is worse listed above. I have a third option, I would pick a girl who dresses normally but doesnt wear a hijab than a girl who wears a hijab and tight clothes.
Re: What is the point of...
The point is you can be a hijabi and sexy at same time.
Re: What is the point of...
Mind your own business how about that?

makeup is fine but when its heavy heavy smokey eyes gothic looking than it looks really wierd on a hijabi girl. sorry to say.
