All of them had international (incl. test) careers spanning more than 10 years. There may be other common factors but this is also one of them

Incorrect. Your answer would mean there are more cricketers in this list. For example, Inzi, Ramiz, etc.

The list above is complete for the one common factor.

^ Oops...actually all of them had test careers > 10 years EXCEPT Saqlain (9 years 1995-2004)

Well I can think of several other common factors like, 'none of them played T20'

but not common unique which is what funguy is after :)

I realized that Yousuf, Saeed, Wasim, and Waqar were on Wisden’s list… and then your clue did the rest (order of your list). Just googled it afterwards to confirm.
