Noooooooooooooooo! Power nap is when you take a short nap and then feel all energetic and powerful afterwards. I do it all the time. I have an hour for lunch so Ill eat something in the first 30 minutes and then sleep the rest of the hour.
It feels awesome. :)

Im so hooked, I cant function without those stupid naps anymore...lol. When I was still in school, I used to take a nap under my desk at work. I had a small pillow hidden in my desk.
They are goooooooooooood.
