I don’t get how this is done. It just seems like something other people are lucky enough to get. Like the perfect, good match approved by the heavens. Some people are just lucky to find someone they click with. I’ve seen it where people are great on paper, like with biodata but are so incompatible when it comes to all the other stuff.
There’s this guy that whenever I see, my eyes light up and I just sigh with relief that I got to see him and talk with him. He just brings a calmness and stress relief to me when i’m in his presence which is something i’ve never felt with most men. When I look into his eyes, he just seems like someone i just connect with in higher level but i’m older than him and it’s impossible for any long term relationship with that age difference. We’re attracted to each other. God sure has a cruel sense of humor.
It’s true, marriage would seem like torture if you are with someone so very incompatible and wrong in most ways or has a totally different way of thinking and a stubbornness to the max. No attraction. Lord I would probably be a dead body walking.
In desi marriages, finding a perfect mate does not guarantee a successful marriage. There is other family drama that can ruin a perfectly good marriage.
