Re: What is haram di kamai?
My “derogatory” comment got to the root of her problems. Instead of doing the absolute most to find translations of verses in the Qu’ran that might or might not support her aspirations to be on that app or whatever, she can talk things out with her husband using objective facts and realities. Muhammed was not able to predict all the things that came about in the 21st century, and she seems to be in a tight space regarding economics and wants to be at home with her baby. I’m not exactly cosigning her being on the app or whatever, the point is that sometimes trying to your life according to principles that were made centuries ago is not practical all the time.
