What if -

Re: What if -

No please don’t worry about me. If it makes your frustrated self any better, please continue with getting as personal as you want. You think I care about what you say? You are not bothered to reply to one single question from the post on the topic yet more than happy to make post after another indulging in petty personal attacks. Quite obvious who doesn’t want to stick to the topic…ironically couple of posts ago, you were lecturing me about online manners. if you have any decency, stop derailing your own thread and stop embarrassing yourself.

Before you explode with your issues, I am outta here. I have no time to respond to your patronizing insecure crap.

Re: What if -

This is what happens when you don’t know what to do - you start repeating other peoples’ posts. ^

Re: What if -

So this is what is repeated whenever this kind of discussion is made to bring so called skewed and twisted logic that somehow having Islamic govt. means intolerance to other religions to a level that other religious people cannot follow their religions.

It is so boring to see this argument thrown so many times.

**The reality is that Islam has a built-in tolerance for all faiths and religions. At least MA Jinnah showed it in his speech.

Those who do not believe in above, either live in a dark hole or have not ever read Islam or history of Islam and are fed by Islam-haters day and night.**

Re: What if -

@ Reha

Please answer what did you mean by “eliminating it”? Thank you.

Re: What if -

Popular religion is NOT used to attack minorities. Only a minority of “unknown” people are attacking the minorities.

Certainly those people who are attacking the minorities not Muslims…by practice.

Vast majority people who live in Pakistan do not even care who follows what religion and not even Govt. is promoting any or whatsoever hatred.

The minority of those engaging in wrong doings are enjoying the benefit of lack of law and order.

And when you say narrow minded Mullahs forcing country to stone age, then you do need to know that **Mullahs NEVER ruled Pakistan. **

It is those **non-Mullahs and secular minded or so called enlightened people **who have ruled Pakistan since its inception and they are to be blamed for any problems in Pakistan…including the division of Pakistan and lack of security.

When a religious party rules in Pakistan then please do come back and blame Mullahs…

Re: What if -

Those who want to eliminate religion out of the constiution. Just one question…and please answer the specific questions being asked…to the point.

Who specifically is going to eliminate the religion out of the constitution?

1.) Some dictator ?

2.) Democratically elected assembly?

2.1...... Do you see any indication/policy/agenda of any of the mainstream political parties to eliminate religion from the consitution?
2.2....... If yes, then who are you talking about?

Re: What if -

I’ll do it. Vote for me.

2.1 Of course not, they know that they’ll get blown up.

The facts are there is a lot of people who kill in the name of Islam. Pakistan when first conceived was meant to be a place with religious freedom.

Now you have stupid blasphemy laws, people killing non-muslims/different sects, basically it is a **** hole.

Start again on with a whole new constitution. Have a military crack down in all major cities, take tips off the Israelis.
They don’t seem to suffer attacks regularly any more.

Re: What if -

^who is going to do all of that?

Re: What if -

Reha, when was the last time you were actually in pakistan? I get a feeling its been a while because had you lived here (like i do), you’d realise how little of Islam actually exists in pakistan! From our fashion, to financial system, entertainment, our ikhlaaq, the joint family system, karo kari, law & order, ethnic divide etc etc theres’ no/ little islam to be found… the most prominent form of Islam in pakistan is the adhans.

^ Thats why i really dont see how taking religion out of pakistan will be of any help since its not the one causing the problems to begin with.

I really do believe that the ONLY way pakistan will be liberated from the terrible condition its in is to implement Islam
