What would you do, Noodle? Would you be disappointed that she's not "pure"...or....would you you be glad that she's experienced....or would u be intimidated that her experiences would allow for comparisons? How would you find out that she's been around the block? And why on the wedding night....why wouldn't you try to find that out much earlier in the game?

In my books ONE thing doesn't change the person. It would another thing if he/she lied about it. But like RV said this topic of conversation would have had to come up before.

Hypothetical scenario. It's an arranged marriage, like most desi marriages are, and like with most desi arranged marriages the couple didn't even get to know much about each other before the wedding, now imagine your are the husband/bride who just found out his spouse has been around the block. How? It could be anything, a confession, lack of traction if you know what I mean, genital herpes, whatever possible reason there could be. Now, what would you do?

I know of a situation with a girl that happened exactly like this. His indiscretions were going on all throughout their engagement as well. She discovered this a few weeks into marriage. He swore that chapter of his life was over and the nikkah changed everything.
I would have dumped his ass. I could never be with someone that starts a life with immorality and lies. She, not wanting to disappoint her family after such a big wedding and so soon into marriage, closed her eyes to it and tried to move on. A few years later, they are still together and seem to be happy enough, but who knows how things are behind closed doors?
Many women in this situation, what choice do they really have but to learn to deal with it somehow? I pray for those poor souls that are put in situations like this.

I wl be disappointed because thats def not the kind of person i want to marry! i have lead a clean life and i would want my partner to be atleast not the exact opposite of me otherwise there wl be major issues. However, if it was just his past and he has repented for it then i wl let it be though it wl still be hard but if its something he is doing even when married to me then def it wl be the end of our relationship

I would be VERY dissappointed. I'd expect him to be honest and tell me this, as this is a VERY big deal to me. I know of a girl who got divorced on her wedding night because she wasn't a virgin.
Ohhhh I also know of a story where the guy refused to touch his bride....ok wait that was a love story , not a virginity issue:D

If the girl found out her husband was sleeping around, what choice does she have? Her parents have spent all this money on the wedding and she doesn't want to bring shame to her family by getting divorced so soon (even though she has done nothing wrong). She will more than likley suck it up and learn to deal with it! She won't like it and it may cause issues of trust in the marriage, but she feels like she had no other choice..
However, if she did divorce him due to his past indescetions, she would still come off worse than him with all the community gossip etc etc..
On the other hand, if the boy found out his missus was ridden more times than a bicycle, he wouldn't think twice about divorcing her and the whole world would know what his missus was like thanks to his family and their bog mouths..!!
Women always come off worse in most matters!!
