what if she cant cook AT ALL, i mean what if her food isnt even edible? imagine you meet the perfect girl with all the right characteristics etc but she’s the worlds worst cook and she probably will Never get better at it? will you still marry her?

Our scenario is such as the following:

sat/monday/wednesday - I cook.
friday/tuesday/thursday - she cooks.
Sunday - we have lunch out or at a family house or or or…

Eating is one of the most basic human nature. If she cant cook, then how does she expect to eat everday? That I wonder…infact i dont face such problem as she is a very good cook:hehe:

  • Now to answer your question; Yes I will still marry her, I will just have to live with it the hard way, until she gets a hang of it. Or else I will be doing all the cooking all the time, which she will suffer from more than me :slight_smile:

if i was a guy and my wife couldn't cook, i would teach her to cook unless she doesn't want to (in that case i will appoint a cook)

Simple, he said he doesn’t want me cooking on the weekends, weekdays he’ll help me (even though I wouldn’t expect it or ask it of him) but weekends cooking i s off-limits

And if one of them lacks the ability to wash your clothes, you marry a third who can.

And if neither can take clean the house, you marry a 4th.

Cresent: yea go ahead get married 4 times just coz its allowed in Islam, but dont follow the religion properly :rolleyes:. It has been said in Qurran if ur wife cant cook then its ur duty to provide her with a maid/helper.

4 wives are allowed in Islam but there are some conditions as well which some of us might ignore. Of that, one of the main one is that you have to treat them all equally. When I say equally, I do not mean that you have to buy each wive a house worth $500,000+ and a Mercedes Benz. By equally, I mean in their rights (love, shelter for each, spending the nights equally between each wife etc etc).
