Under the prevailing circumstances in Pakistan, one thinks that we have perhaps hit rock bottom. However, it occurred to me that there is one possible outcome in the future that could make the current situation in Pakistan look like a bed of roses. That unfortunate outcome will be if Zardari and PPP get elected to enslave us for five more years in the coming elections. I think nothing could be more depressing than the prospect of getting tortured for 5 more years.

People don’t vote according to the performance of a party. Their votes go for the party representing their ethnicity best.
This is why there is all possibility that PPP will come back to power. Majority of Pakistan still will vote for them. This “majority” is Seraiki and Sindhi speaking people mostly.
