I think she was referring to 4,5 and 6 trains when she said 'green' because that's the color thats used for these trains on the map. But then again, # 2 train is new too and it's color is red..?
...I rather have the old red junkie trains back. I miss 'em!
I mean seriously all those automatic announcements abt reporting the authorities if you see something suspecious....in this case, a bag or whatever. (they put those after the 9/11 incident for safety) - I get tht but I mean seriously, which terrorist would be dumb enough to put something of that sort in a 'very' noticeable place..? akh! God Bless the person who invented walkmans!
P.S: I also thought that MTA passed a law abt not taking pics in the subways for safety reasons..? no?
yah i herd bout that..and i’ve actually herd stories where guys are getting arrested for taking pix of buildings and subways, and they’re just sightseeers
i just ignore the stupid announcements…seriously if i was a new passenger i wouldn’t want to take the 1397/ACE/BDFV/NQRW/JMZ/G trains coz i take em sometimes and its so hard to hear the announcements.

I take it from Canal street to Brooklyn and vice versa, it's only 4 stops 20 minutes ride beetches! And what are you doing on Canal street, that's my official stop 5 days a week!

By green, I was referring to the 4,5 line. It's nice for a change it's clean and you can actually hear what they are saying instead of the garbled static.
Coco, I once worked on a project for the MTA (ppl no anday tamatars please) in the Transit Museum. They have all the old trains down there, it was really kewl. Did you know they sink the really old trains and turn them into artificial reefs or something, that's what I was told. By the way were you referring to the #7 when you said old red train?
