Now that 2009 is nearly over, what has been the most memorable event that you experienced this decade?

Was it something in the news? Like 9/11? Or something good like your wedding? Or a personal feat like a degree? Or is it something sad like a death of a loved one?

For me, the best was meeting my fiancé and the worst was my uncle and his family’s very tragic death by a car accident in which I lost my 10 year old cousin and aunty :frowning:

the worst was i lost my grandmother n my uncle in just 2-3 weeks time :(

Ohhh Great thread:k:… mine would be a mixture of happiness and sadness- losing two people that I loved most in the World…feeling their loss day by day deepens my hearts longing for them…on a happier note alhamdolilah facing a crisis- and being able to recover and start again by Gods Will …Stardust a lovely thread and inshallah lets pray that 2010 brings happiness and joy for Mummins and inshallah may we be all blessed Ameen Sum ameen xx
