I think my friend is going to get married soon to a neurosurgeon. The thing is, he is wealthy and I dont know what to give her/them as a gift. Any material item I get her will be something she can buy herself once she gets married.
What should I give her?
She used to be my bestfriend in highschool and early college days, but now is a good friend as we werent in touch for some time. If you ask me what she likes, I have no idea as I no longer remember what she liked back then, except chocolate. Oh, I do remember she used to get a lot of stuffed animals back then, but I dont remember if she particularly collected them or not. I’ve never met the guy so I have no idea about him.
u said urself u havent been in touch iwht her for some time since high school..so basically u guyzz dont know eachother uch anymore and she invites u know to her wedding all of a sudden and u r worried about the gift??!..if i were u i really wouldnt care much bcs its not like shes ur buddy buddy righ tnow..so who cares?..just give her an old gift certificate or something.. i cant beleive ur fretting over soemthing like this…
a gift voucher is always good! and if u want to do something personal maybe make a memory book or something of the two of you? or if u don't like that idea, make a memory box for her and her fiance which they can add to. sweet and sentimental! ;)
i think a gold ring n any normal gift for her hubby like perfume set with after shave(in normal range),,or any thnig for both of them like a beautiful tea set or glass set or lamp set ect.well it depends on ur range.

I was thinking of gold ringz, Gold has gone soo expensive aarrrgh!
Get something nostalgic about your memories together...for example I had this coworker who always wrote with the same pen and ate the same snacks. I made her a basket filled with Pilot G2 pens of different colors and all her favorite snacks and she was really happy I remembered these details about her.
So get something that reflects her habits and personality, even if it's little things.
