Hmmm......me gots rose water in the fridge. Me thinks me should start becoming regular in applying this miracle on me face.

I have been using it for a few days an I have noticed a change, and I havent had it in the fridge......
Maybe it's a placebo effect but I swear i've ben using it for a week and my face looks mroe even-toned.

during my teens n early tweens i used to use all those natural things rose water,honey masks,lemon,tomatoes u name it but nothing ever made any diff.
now reading u all rave abt rose water i think i'll giv it a try too.who knows my skin has become more receptive now :)

u know what.... after reading this thread.... i have been trying to get rose water.... sometimes... it just doesn't look right.... a lot watery.... so i dont take it... today finally Ahmad food's rose water.... was placed in my groccery basket....... and i kept thinking all the way to the counter how i am going to use it... guess what......... when i got home... it wasn't in my bags!!! :O.... stupid counter guy didn't add it to the grocccery!!!! argh!!! so now i have to go back again to get that!!!............
but on question.... there is dabur's rose water there... and Ahmad foods..... which one to chose?? my mom liked ahmad's better!! what do u say??
Rosewater.. is watery :) and it's safe to put in u're eyes as well.

How about RW from Pucca Herbs - it claims to be totally pure (and organic? - sorry i did have a read but i forgot..)
Has anyone tried it - they do a wide range of products based on the principles of Ayurveda ( i have read about it and it seems relaly interesting - finding your Dosha....?!!

People..rose water is rose water..i don't think brand matters! a cheap, desi grocery band would do as well...

Rosewater gives my skin a wake-up call.. tones and firms! Use any brand.. use it chilled!

i’ve been using tea tree water for years now. i have to spritz my face with it after showering and before putting on moisturiser otherwise my face feels wrong, lol.
so, i’m keen to try rose water. i got no injan shops near me so i think i’m gonna get this one:

As in some people apply it on their face at night, or used in facials etc. Please can someone tell me what the benefit's of using it are, or the purpose.
Hi there. Rosewater is really fantastic for the skin and there's a rose product rage going on in the market these days. We desis have known the benefits for years though :) basically the rose is a relative of the strawberry family and is packed with Vitamin C (which we all know is excellent for toning and clarifying the skin regardless of skin type). The key however is to find the genuine thing as most desi rosewater brands use distilled water with a little bit of rosewater added to it or sometmes none at all! Expect to pay about 15 quid at least.
Someone mentioned they got a mild rash with rosewater.....most probably it was a bad product. People with dry skin can experience mild irritation due to the high vitamin c content, but applying moisturizer right after should take care of that.
