Glad you agree that bringing up Theory Y has noeffect on Theory X since they are not related.
My brain tells me “He” does not exist. Nothing is prohibited. The concept of “He” was more important in barbaric times when social morality was astonishingly low. Scare people into being good. Whatever works. But in today’s society of a common developed social morality we don’t and shouldn’t need to be scared into being good. Hence today the concept of “He” (or she, or them) is not required. Not for educated developed societies at least.*
