I'm not going to delve to deeply into this, but I think a person who is being him/herself is fairly consistent in terms of personality around various people.....and they maintain their views/beliefs (unless they truly change their mind about them)...around various people who may oppose them and engage in peer pressure.

I am at the stage of life where I like to make 100% of own decisions & live an independent life as well as make my own living. I don't want to be bounded by culture, religion, and society because I can elaborate on right and wrong. I want to travel across the world without accompanied by family members. I just want to live my life the way I like with my own standards, be at my friends house until 1am or 2am... Is it my problem that I am a female?

You still have to be bounded by ethics and morals if not by culture or religion. If you are living with your parents, you have to play by their rules. its as simple as that.

Off course, I respect/love my family the most in this world as they have been in my life through thick/thin. I really want to travel the world on my own. Would they respect my "true-self" of being independent once I am ready to stand-up for myself? I have always been a dutiful daughter to them, responsible, never spoke a word against them, and follow their guidelines to a successful life... I just want to fly, go on a road trips with my female friends, and want my freedom :p... I only have 1 life to live to the fullest! Life is a blessing...
