Bhai sahab/behen sahiba,
The question in the title of the thread is asking about what you say to others when they sneeze. What it has to do with you stop practicing your religion? You are not suppose to say salaam to a non Muslim. Are you not practicing your religion if you don’t do that? So if you don’t say yarhamukullah (which any way is only to be said in reply if alhamdulillah) are you abandoning your religion?

Firstly I’m a bhai sahab and coming back to the topic I replied for question OP asked in the first post. First read and then try to understand what I meant.
