cook, gym, clean, pray, watch tv, spend time with family.. anything that distracts really, no need for constant dwelling.
I snap out of it…the philosophy is that people, circumstances and even you yourself do a number on you, why multiply it by dwelling in it. Stop a minute, acknowledge what I am feeling, try to observe and understand why, and then focus on whatever else I was doing or going to do.
