Its not about particular event, its about being blocked for any reason. As there can be only one reason at anytime that can lead to block for rest of time.

i think its a very positive step and a good protest
rather then acting violently destroying their own stuff this is a much better solution.

Those websites can go in loss if alot of people stop visiting them as they earn by per click terms.
