What do you guys do when you are Burned out??

I mean at work and at home…How do you restart your engines, because the work isnt going to get done by itself na?Responsibilities? Can’t take off too. How do you make yourself produce when you are having a non productive day…err…dayss??
Nowadays I feel like just running awayfrom all of the responsibilities…and hide in a corner of a log cabin by a lake:D( I had to imagine a good relaxing scenario):D…

Just sit back, relax for a while, n then think that u hav got to do this. It wont be completed by itself.
Thats how I start my work with a new passion when I am burned out.

take a time for urself even for an hour ,i do that when my kids are asleep i just do what i wanna do and noone can disturb me,best time is after fajar prayer when noone is awake.
