But as to the topic, I may seem like I'm listening to these kind of people, when actually im not. So when it's my turn to talk, it doesn't bother me if they don't hear me :)

It is rude to interrupt but some people talk too much and it is better to interrupt politely.

I've dealt with such individuals...that don't let you get a word in edgewise. And during an argument....it's even worse. You can't win or convince...cuz you can't make it even a half...or quarter way into your sentence before they start in. Sigh.....I say, GET EVEN! That said:
1) Interrupt their talking every now and then with a fake coughing or sneezing or burping fit.
2) Say, "OMG LOOK!"....and when they do.....say "Haha made you look."
3) Use their one sided babble as a time to search your nose for hidden nuggets of gold. Pop "nougat" into mouth.
4) Start humming
5) This would be a good time to bring out your fiddle....or try your hand at tap dancing.
6) Suddenly develop a nervous tick...such as slapping yourself every two seconds. Better yet...practice this nervous tick on them.
7) Chuckle frequently while they're talking. Then amp it up to LOL'ing. Then amp it up to....LMAO.....and finally to....ROTFL. When they stare at your speechless and ask you what's so funny.......tell them you're amused by their inability to shut up and let another person talk.
8) Practice sign language.......stick middle finger up......they'll shut-up. IF they get offended...tell em you resorted to sign language...since they never give you the chance to speak.
9) Buy a bag of potato chips...and munch loudly....without closing your mouth. If nothing else, the sound will drown out their endless droning.

Uff these kind of people get annoying even if they are nice lolz I still can't get how to deal with them.
If someone who is close to me and he/she doesn't give me chance to speak then I get angry on him/her and then I change the topic :D this makes that person get annoyed (mission accomplished)

I usuallyyyyy zone out in most conversations and keep going hmmm , hmmmm ,hmmmm, so i actually appreciate people who can go on and on and on without noticing whether the other person's eyes have glazed over :D
