that’s the way we born & grown up our idea’s view’s get so strong we cannot except other things…
say if we r luckily born in muslim family and learned all things about islam we w’ll go to heaven at the end… what’s about others who never get this chance to know about islam…but they spent a good life…!!
People without religion in west are more moralistic, less corrupt and more honest. The most religious societies like Italy or Saudi Arabia are really immoral places.

Tanha Tanha ,my friend from other post,i too had such feelings at one time.Think it this way most of the rules atleast in Islam are for some good reason which pays dividend later. i.e. we end up being more moral, disciplined, happier, confident person if we practice our religion.Going to heaven should not be the ultimate reason b/c god has the final say in that & even the most pious man/woman is not assured by god.Your non moslem good humanbeing may also end up in heaven by chance depending on gods will.
As to zz you are absolutely wrong to associate morality, success ,wealth (moral)with irreligousness. It is hard to lead successful family, commercial &spiritual life without religion spl.islam.Dont be fooled by American power as being the gold standard of success.America may not be a theocratic state but it is very very religous. There are more churches, synagogues, temples, gurudwara ,masjids pagodas than anywhere.I hardly know a sucessful man who is not believer in some form religion. Its irreligousness that is immoral, perverted, bizzare, uncontrolled, dangerous
hi....
thanks for replying....but that was not
the answere i was looking for....this is my
belief that it is really good to have some religion......and we have to respect other religion.....
heaven or hell is not the thing but my question is what will happen to those people who donot know about islam but they r good...????
A'ouzu Billah-e- Minush Shaytan ir Rajeem!
Bismillahir Rahmanir Raheem
Kuntum khaira ummatin ukhrijat linnass-e-ta'moruna bilma'ruf-e- wa tanhauna anil munkar
Trans: "You (Muslims) are the best ummat (nation) who has been created for the whole mankind (An-nass). (You) order for ma'ruf (good) and forbid wrong (Munkar)."
The duty of a muslim is to deliver the message of Islam (Wama Alaina Illal Balagh). According to Quran one who is looking for right path will surely enter into the fold of Islam if the message of Islam is delivered to him/her. Allah surely gives Hidayat, according to Quran, to those who are in search of it.
The non-believer who are good by heart gets the reward only in this life and nothing is for them life hereafter. This is the reason you see most of good non-believers have many naimaah of Allah.
Secondly, Allah test his Ibbaad especially muslim by both of the ways, by giving him/her wealth or by depriving from it. First case: He wants to see if s/he do Infaaq, i.e., spend it in the path of Allah or not.
Second case: He sees if His Ibaad (Creation) still remember him or not.
The exam is both way, and every one will get reward in life hereafter. This world is not the place of ultimate reward. Consider this: A man killed 100 people but he is hung only once. This is not justice.. Right??? so there should be some place else where this justice should be done.
Now for the question what will happen to those who are good but non-believers.
In surah Baqarah, we are told about "Ashaab-Sabt" (People of sabaath) who were Bani Israel (Jews) that Allah tested them. Ordered them not to catch fish on saturday, but to pray him. The fish used to come on the surface only on Saturday. Now, there were 2 groups b/w them. One who followed the command and other who did not. There were again two groups among those who followed. One were only following and one group was also telling non-followers to follow the Order of Allah, meaning they were ordering "Ma'ruf", as told in the ealier quatation under our duties. The Azab came and those also tasted it who were not forbidding others from "Munkar".
Bottom line: It is our duty to tell non-believers about Islam. Otherwise, they will never be successfull in life hereafter and we will also be accountable for it...
I think that should pretty much answer your problem!

heaven or hell is not the thing but my question is what will happen to those people who donot know about islam but they r good...????>>
They will be just fine....God loves everybody and we all are his creation and he doesn't care, whether you please him or not or believe in him or not...because he is not a human being but God Almighty.
Asalam-u-Alaikum
This is a very complicated issue and there is not a single answer to this question. Dear as you know, Muhammad (s.a.w) had an uncle, hazrat abu talib (i always confuse hazoor's dada abu mutlib, with hazoor's uncle) and he never recited the Kalma which makes him a non-muslim! BUT he was one of the supporter of Islam. He was a very nice man, and almost all the qualities expected to be seen in a muslim person, were seen in him. Will he be sent to jannah? we dont know, If Allah wants to...??
Same goes for all non-muslims who are good.
All babies are born muslims, they are innocent and can't decide which path to follow, their parents are like gods to them, they will do whatever their parents will, BUT when a child reaches a certain age, when he/she is capable to decide what is good and what is not, and he/she still decides to worship idols, then its her/his fault, and is considered kafir.
I don't think that there is a single person who is unaware of our relegion Islam, yes maybe in African jungles, wild communities are not familiar with Islam, but rest of the world is VERY WELL AWARE of the message behind Islamic teaching and that is "LA ILA HA ILLALLAH"
There is only ONE GOD!
And rani, don't confuse two words together, Kafir's are the people who do not believe in ONE GOD....but christains , jews etc are "AHL-E KITAAB"(PEOPLE BELIEVING ON HOLY BOOKS)
And as you say,"They will be just fine....God loves everybody and we all are his creation and he doesn't care, whether you please him or not or believe in him or not...because he is not a human being but God Almighty."
wether you belive in him or no?Come on! Why did HE create this universe?why did he create MAN? so that he can PLEASE HIMSELF! we are His servants, If we don't consider HIM our master, and make some idols our creator, wont HE BE MAD AT US?
Confusion! Confusion! Confusion!
Hope this will help?

WORSHIP THE CREATOR, NOT THE CREATION! REMEMBER THAT!
Masooma like you said we are all his creation and no one hates his/her creation. Parents always love their kids no matter how ugly or spoiled they may be, artist loves his creation more than anything, poets love their own poems better than anyone else's even if they put to sleep rest of the audience.
God loves us all and we have to love him back.... we always do that, whoever loves us and gives us so much like God has provided us with such beautiufl bodies and brain and everything in this world made for us humans we do need to love him.
Now that we agree on the need to love him and worship him out of that love(not for asking more materialistic stuff from him), It should not matter how you love him. If he wanted us all to love and worship him the same way he would have programmed our genetics/brain to do that way. remember he wanted us to breath the same air and so he made us all live on O2. O2 does not change with color, location or language religion. His laws are uniform and equally apply to all. Saying that he created religions and prophets to tell us that how to worship him does not make much sense. Why did not he make sure that we worship him(if he realy wanted that, particularly if that was his motive to create the world so that humans can be his servants) in a certain way when he created the world? Did he forgot that detail back then and religions are his corrective action? I don't think so, he is perfect and he does not work on hit and trial basis that let us see, send this religion in this continent and if people don't follow send another one later and if they still don't follow let us send them to hell fire.
Original question in the thread is very valid. Please concentrate on that.

Chann mahi ji, tusi bilkul sahi gal dasi, but chann ji you are using HE whenever you talk about GOD, that makes you believing in HIM!but people who don't belive in HIM, its upto HIM to decide wether they belong to jannah or no......many muslims may go to HELL as well, so i'm not saying who will go to jannah and who will not, its all upto GOD and HE will decide.
Tanha Tanha asked, what will happen to good non-muslims, and the answer is WE DONT KNOW! WE DON'T KNOW ABOUT MUSLIMS EITHER! BUT CHANCES FOR MUSLIMS GOING TO JANNAH IS GREATER BECAUSE ATLEAST THEY BELIEVE IN ONE ALMIGHTY GOD.
TANHA TANHA SAID, THOSE NON-MUSLIMS ARE RAISED IN A NON-MUSLIM FAMILY, SO IF THEY ARE DOING WHAT THEIR PARENTS DO, DOES THAT MAKE THEM RESPONSIBLE FOR THEIR ACTIONS, THE ANSWER IS NO IT DOESN'T UNTIL THEY REACH THAT AGE WHEN THEY CAN DECIDE WHATS GOOD AND WHATS NOT ON THEIR OWN! WHEN THEY ARE AWARE OF WHAT OTHER PEOPLE THINK ABOUT GOD, AND NOT ONLY WHAT THEIR PARENTS TELL THEM ABOUT god.
There is no one answer to this question, different situations and different answers!
THE ANSWER IS NO IT DOESN'T UNTIL THEY REACH THAT AGE WHEN THEY CAN DECIDE WHATS GOOD AND WHATS NOT ON THEIR OWN! <<
hehehe, and what is that age? Masooma I have seen people die at the age of 85 and still not be able to decide how they want their steak..rare or welldone, heaven and hell is too big a issue to decide for them.
Why did HE create this universe?why did he create MAN? so that he can PLEASE HIMSELF! we are His servants, If we don't consider HIM our master, and make some idols our creator, wont HE BE MAD AT US<<
God almight is not a small child that he needs to please himself, he is a great soul and ultimate truth, therefore love everybody and doesn't need to be constantly pleased or pacified. He actually doesn't care if anybody worships him or not. people worship him because they are scared of unknown. All these attributes of God are given to him by the people to scare other people to behave in a certain fashion and control them.

That's exactly what is told by Allah!
Allah says to Hazrat Muhammad Sallaho- Alaihe wasSallam in Quran that The duty of Prophet(PBUH) is only to convey the message
Read my last post again!!!
ONE OF OUR OBLIGATION as a Muslim is to preach and disseminate the word of Almighty Allah (SWT) — the Holy Qur'an — and the teachings of his last messenger Muhammad (SAW) to the whole humanity. What does it involve? Calling people towards the light of Islam and Iman; enjoining and encouraging all that is good and just and moral, forbidding all that is evil and unjust and sinful; exhorting the common people, explaining the philosophy and wisdom of Islam to the educated and intelligent classes, debating with the stubborn and the rigid; testifying to the truthfulness of the message with our behavior and conduct, our character and morals.
It is significant to note that communicating and explaining the teachings of Islam to others is not, as we have erroneously come to believe, the “profession” of the Mulla alone, but this is actually a duty of anyone who claims to be a Muslim. As Prophet Muhammad (SAW) has ordered, “Convey on my behalf, even if it is only a single verse (of the Qur'an that you know).”
This is because preaching and delivering the message of God to the entire humanity is actually the responsibility of Prophet Muhammad (SAW), but now, after his departure and due to the termination of Prophethood, that sacred obligation has been transferred on to the shoulders of the Ummah as a whole. This, incidentally, is the purpose for which the entire Muslim Ummah was created in the first place, as mentioned in a most emphatic fashion in the Holy Qur'an: “You are the best of people raised for the (guidance of) mankind; You enjoin the good, forbid the evil, and believe in Allah” (3:110).
Of course, you cannot convince anyone unless you understand yourself the message you are trying to preach. Thus, according to another saying of the Prophet, “The best among you are those who learn (and comprehend) the Qur'an, and then teach (and propagate) its message.”
if i ask u, who is the malike yaumuddin?? what would u say?? and i think, on the yaumuddin it will be decided who comes in the hell and who comes in the heaven. and only Allah has to decide it. Islam is not the ticket to heaven. that will be the surprise to all of us, wether we come in the heaven or not. i think even the Prophet MOHAMMAD (sawaw) has spent a lot of prayers that nobody did it ever. why? has ALLAH not said him, he will come in the heaven? but why MOHAMMAD (sawaw) prayed further?
so let us pray, that ALLAH may forgive us. amin
heaven or hell is not the main thing u didn't read the question carefully....actually if we pray because we will get heaven then it is not good we have to pray to thank GOD for his

The same thing was asked by Ummul maumeneen Hazrat Aisha (RA), and prophet (SAW) replied:
"Aisha! Should I not be thankful to Allah?"
So dear! Understand the difference!
Plus! Islam (which is here since Adam) is the only ticket to Jannah provided the person has been practicing true Islam!
